Great community with an Olympic size swimming pool and small fitness room. The room for rent has a bathroom inside of it with 2 half closets. It is on the third floor across from the master bedroom. 2 car garage and plenty of parking in the community. Car would need to be registered and permit fee for parking on the street is $100. Great location with access to the 76, 78, and 5 freeways. Room is unfurnished and there is an in home laundry room.

I work from home and I am a very clean and quiet person. I do go out on the weekends sometimes and have company over occasionally. There will be another roommate moving in on January 1st. He is a mechanic and will be gone most of the day. Really great guy.
