2/2 duplex, one level to share with active, working, mature adult. Furnished bedroom with walk in closet. Private bath located in hall across from bedroom. WD in unit. Small fenced yard and small patio perfect for grilling. Wood burning fireplace. I’m OK with occasional visitors and occasional overnight guest, as long as I know in advance. I work a mix of day and night shifts. A night worker would be great. Prefer no one that works from home in the day time. Home shared with 8lb poodle. Absolutely no tobacco smoking in or out. I like to cook….so you are in luck if you have a broad palate. I don’t provide cable….you are on your own for that.
