It’s a 4 bed 2 bath home. We are renting 1 room with wall mounted TV in room (unfurnished), & closet. Bills included (wifi, water, heater, gas, A/C, trash, Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Peacock, etc.). Shared bathroom, shared living room, shared kitchen, shared laundry room with w/d, 1 Refrigerator provided for own use. While living at Northgate you will also gain access to the amenities offered. -Swimming pool -Playground - Fitness center - Billiards Room - Clubhouse with full size kitchen - Sauna. We are a humble, friendly, respectful family of 5. Me & spouse, a 17-teen, 11, & 8. Our son/daughters are using 2 rooms and share 1 bathroom. We have 2 cats. Me & spouse both work different jobs (Security & Merchandising). Our 2 young kids & teen attend full time to different schools & also attend Boys and Girls Club before & after school hours until we’re out of work to pick them up (7am - 5pm). Weekends, holidays, & school breaks are random: me &/or spouse working, family weekend outdoors, doing errands, or at home resting or cleaning/catching up at home.
