The bedroom is completely furnished. It has a bed, a dresser, a nightstand, a bookshelf, and it’s own closet and a lamp is included and there’s also a ceiling light. The bathroom is across the hallway. It already has a shower curtain. It also has underneath the sink storage and above the toilet storage as well and also has a mirrored medicine cabinet above the sink. The property is located near to parks that are in walking distance. One has a lake where you can fish also has benches underneath the trees and there’s also a play area for smaller kids. The other park has bike and skateboard ramps & volleyball, a play area for kids. Also, they have baseball games there and also football games. It’s very close to W. Colonial Dr., a lot of shopping plaza’s, and restaurants in very close distance, there’s also the Orlando Health Hospital that’s within 2 miles and the Orlando international airport is within 30 minutes away, also the West Oaks Mall is with 2 miles as well. The property also has a screened in back porch and there’s also fruit trees which include mangoes, lemons, avocados, papayas, and pineapples. This is a pretty quiet neighborhood. There are a few people that play the music, but not very often, mostly on the weekends. You can also see the rocket launches from in front of the house.
