Charlotte's room

The neighborhood is safe (a police station is two blocks down), and the apartment complex has it’s own courtyard walkway. Many residents with dogs walk here. The ABCD & 1,3 trains are nearby (less than 10 min walk).

Note: The latest advanced notice you can give me is the first of the month. This is one month before you move out or you lose your security deposit (this will be in our roommate agreement), so please take the time to plan ahead. Thank you so much! Looking forward to meeting you! :)
