Patrick's room

This property is located in SW Manhattan, about 10 to 15 minutes from campus. It is on a quiet street so you won’t have to worry about noise. The room available is the entire basement. You will have an open living room-type area, and then a smaller secondary room for your bed (It is small, but it fits a full, we are unsure if it can fit a queen or not). The laundry room is in the basement, so the other roommates will have to go down there, that’s why we suggest you put the bed in the second room. Plenty of space in the living room area for a futon, dresser, mini fridge, tv and stand, etc. There is a half bathroom on the first floor, but the shower will be on the second floor. However, our current roommate says it has not been an issue for him over the past 2.5 years. We pay for our wifi, electricity/water, but trash and HOA fees are covered. Our street also has a private pool about 40 yards away from the house that is available to us. Security deposit is one months rent.

2/3 roommates are from Kansas (Norton and Salina), and the 3rd is from Ohio. We enjoy sports games, fishing, playing cards, Xbox, etc. We are all conservatives and would prefer someone with similar views to reduce and problems between us. We do enjoy going out to the bars and hangouts, however, we don’t want our house to be a party house and only have a few friends over occasionally to drink and play cards/watch a game. We are all really easy guys to get along with and would be happy to include you in our plans! We just ask that you carry your weight with the house (dishes, trash, cleaning up after yourself).
