Our house (4 bed, 2.5 bath) is a 5 minute walk to downtown Bellevue, with excellent privacy and quiet, as well as very convenient access to all major highways, Seattle and the mountains. The bedroom that’s available is 11x11 for $950 / mo. Our house is clean, furnished (minus the available bedroom) and we take seriously making it a place that’s always enjoyable to come home to. The average utilities cost is $150/month per guy and there is free driveway parking. Overall, our house is an excellent place to live at a great value, because we put in the effort to keep it clean and treat one another as we’d like to be treated. Chores are simple: every guy vacuums and leaf-blows once a month. You must be able to provide ID, proof of employment and/or ability to consistently pay rent. Rent is paid monthly via Venmo or Zelle. The lease begins in January, with 1/3/24 (or later as needed) for your move in date. The lease is 1yr. Move in cost is is your first & last months rent, plus security deposit ($2600 total).
