My current roommate will be leaving and I am looking for another guy to sublet his room for 10 months till he returns. Looking to get someone in January. Its a duplex located a block away from Paramount Studios and Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Our landlord lives next door and is awesome.

The Place: It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, complete with; living room, dinning room, full kitchen, front patio and laundry in unit. Its very spacious for 2 people. You will have full access to everything. Bed will be included for you in the room. Your half of rent will be around $1,100 a month. Our landlord might be raising the rent upon lease signing so that’s the estimated price range. Looking for another fellow gay male around my age.

Me: I am 37 years old, gay and work in entertainment industry. I am a bit of an introvert, but I do have my extrovert moments. I enjoy movies, reading, hiking, amusement parks, art, live entertainment and occasional nights out. I have a pet lizard that stays in my room in a secure enclosure. I am a very laid-back person and very clean and organized.
