Brand new townhouse in a small gated community. Short walk to the gym, several restaurants, and stores. Garage parking available. 11x11 private room with closet. Extra closet in hallway for you too. Private bath one door down. Guests may also use this bathroom occasionally. Shared living, kitchen, half-bath, and patio downstairs. Will update photos as I get more furniture.

I will be the only one living here with you. I’m a 30 year old professional in the engineering/design field. I don’t work from home, so if you’re a remote worker you’d have the house to yourself during weekdays 8-5. Half the electric bill would be needed if you do work from home. I am a somewhat outdoorsy person who hikes and rides motorcycles when I can. I’m very laid back and easy to live with. I usually don’t have a lot of people over. Ideally, I’d like someone who is similar.
