San Leandro Street

A large private ground floor loft room with a high ceiling and natural light available to rent in one of East Oakland’s converted industrial lofts. Shared kitchen, 1 1/2 bath, 1gbps fiber internet, lots of space, nearby washer / dryer on site. A few blocks away from Bart, right next to 880, with nearby grocery stores, gas station, etc. There is one available gated parking spot at the moment, though I intend to start using it soon. Large unit space but similar to other live-works in the area it isn’t completely finished.

A little about us - 20’s / 30’s somethings, friendly, but for the most part do our own thing. Clean up common areas as they get used, but not crazy about it. Use headphones, respect each other’s area, that sort of thing. In addition the other roommate will be moving out by the end of the year, so whoever takes this space would help decide on filling the other.

What we’re looking for - Someone easy to share the space with while respecting each other’s privacy, no issues paying the rent or bills, and no drama. No smoking and no substance issues. Bonus points if you’re already familiar with other live-work spots in the bay.
