About the room
We are two roommates currently trying to move into a beautiful 3B3B condo in Sawtelle Japantown. It’s a top floor unit located in a safe neighborhood (I’ve lived here for a year so trust me). It’s great for UCLA students or working professionals who prefer to live on the west side and near great restaurants and both the 405 and 10, Santa Monica, Venice etc.
About the roomies
I’m a working professional in my thirties, whereas the other roommate is a grad student at UCLA. We both have lived and studied in Toronto and Ontario, Canada so that tells you we have the nice Canadians in us! I have a 1.5 year old Aussiedoodle so you must be a dog person to live happily here. We are fun and respectable and try to accommodate other’s lifestyles.
