Very cute, simple apartment. I will add pictures later or send them if you ask, but you have a pretty large room, with a closet that’s like a hallway with closet space on the left and right and your own bathroom at the end of the hall. We have all amenities, water, electric, internet, trash, etc. And it’s covered in the amount listed. It’s very cute brick buildings, surrounded by trees, kind of hidden away from the street. Lots of families live here, it’s very comfortable. The laundry room is in the basement so you will be able to do laundry here, just not in the apartment itself.

Your roommates would be me and my boyfriend. We are both 19 years old, I work as a substitute teacher and crochet stuff in the aide for a little more money while my boyfriend works evenings at walmart. We are generally very quiet, I do have guests over regularly but its never for very long and if it’s during the week I always make sure they’re quiet. Me and my current roommate share all the kitchen space, but we just keep our own groceries to ourselves, but I am willing to come up with whatever agreements for whoever moves in.
