I have a large private finished basement area with a private door that opens to the back yard (Parking would still be at the front of the house). The door leading upstairs to the rest of the house can/will have a lock for privacy (you will have access). There is one wardrobe already in the basement if you’d like to use it. The bathroom upstairs would only be shared with me and my children (when they are here). I live close to hwy 421 and 40 but still feel as if there’s plenty of privacy and space. Internet, power, water & trash are included. I encourage recycling and like to keep my home as clean as possible! However, life does get in the way sometimes.

I’m 33 yrs old. I’m a waitress, I work a lot and will be resuming college classes this spring. That said, I don’t have a lot of time to do other things but I love going out when I can. My two favorite hobbies are riding motorcycles and skydiving, but most of the time you can find me cooking, cleaning, studying or snuggling up to watch a movie. I enjoy an occasional cocktail/beer as well. I’m a VERY open, honest and transparent person. Having healthy, respectful relationships with people is very important to me. My boyfriend is a mechanic so he is quite often outside in the garage doing stuff. He has a great sense of humor and keeps to himself a lot. I feel that we’re both very accommodating and easy to get along with and I’m open to answering any questions that I did not answer here.
