No couples please. No overnight visitors. No smoking (vaping, cigarettes, or marijuana.) Must clear background check.

Monthly income of 2x rent No evictions or criminal records Prefer non-smokers no drug usage but if you smoke outside only and clean up, then that’s ok I perform background checks
