Quiet south Oak Hill duplex, older 1980’s, wooded behind duplexes. Easy access to 290 and 71. Fast to get bee cave and dripping springs. Landlord has owned the place 20 years. Way easier than living in an apartment. Two bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. Half bath downstairs, washer/dryer. No pets. Landlord won’t allow another. I have a bulldog.

It’s just me currently with my bulldog. I’m quiet. I don’t drink heavily. Morning person more than night. Eat healthy, into nutrition/wellness. I like my space, but I like being friends with the person I’m living with.
