Nice old house with front & back porch, backyard, 2 bedrooms, large basement & loft, washer & dryer, short walk uptown. Chill neighborhood, & with all utilities included it’s a pretty good deal.

I’m a local artist & musician & I work for a small screenprinting company. I have 2 super sweet cats & am very easy to get along with as long as you’re not a bigot :) Fairly clean & quiet but not fussy about that stuff.
