I am looking to rent out my entire home to responsible renters who want to team-up. I have a lightly furnished 3 bedroom & 1 bath home with full kitchen, dishwasher, working laundry washer and dryer, and a big backyard with a privacy fence for your fur-babies.

The rent total is broken down by room but ultimately all roommates will equally split electric, water, and sewage. Wifi and ADT security system is included in the rent.

Room 1: Master Bedroom ($750)

Room 2: Second biggest room ($700)

Room 3: Smallest yet cozy room ($550)

The living room will have a L-Shaped sofa and the master bedroom and Bedroom 2 have drawers. The dining room will have a dining room table the can comfortably seat 6.

For full transparency, I apply the total rent payment towards not only mortgage but to my dedicated handyman who handles the urgent maintenance issues (and unexpected purchases like a new microwave if something ever happened), my dedicate lawn care specialist, and of course those dreadful property/home taxes.

My house is located off of Shore Drive and Diamond Springs Road (you can see Little Creek Naval Base from the light). The neighborhood is known as “Old VA Beach” and is very quiet and veteran friendly as well.

There is plenty of parking on the side road as well as a dedicated parking spot and an easy one minute walk to the 7-11.

I am a healthcare management professional as well as in the military. I will be traveling a lot in 2024 that I decided I will be renting out my entire home. I am looking for responsible renters who are accountable, drama free, and considerate. This house is six minutes away from Little Creek Naval Base and Norfolk Airport as well as within eight minutes from Town Center.

I am flexible with lease options as well.
