Room for rent in beautiful older home in the heart of Thornton park, 5 minute walk to lake Eola, 10-15 minute walk to downtown!

Room is approximately 11.5x12.5 ft, comes unfurnished. Shared bathroom with one other roommate (me). Common areas include living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry/storage room. There is a large driveway, front porch, and backyard.

Rent is $900/mo. Utilities are not included and are approximately $100/mo on average. Can be as low as $80 in winter, and as high as $120 in summer.

Home is two floors, all common areas and room for rent on first floor. Second floor is similar to a loft style apartment and belongs entirely to other roomate. Other roommate mostly keeps to himself upstairs.

Move in fees include: $900 Rent $1000 security deposit $27 Internet (Includes activation fees, $18 normally)

Rent due (to landlord) and utilities due (to me) on the 1st of each month.

Potential roomie will mostly be sharing space with me, so compatibility is important. Ideally looking for a young professional in late 20s to mid 30s who is neat and considerate. I do have a dog (30lb Boston Terrier). Really only barks at the mailman, and warms up to new people after you give him food, some pats on the head, or play fetch with him.

Move in date is Dec. 1. Sooner move in can be arranged, but will ultimately be up to the roommate who is leaving.
