Hello peeps & welcome to 407 Spring Street! Our condo is located a moment’s walk away from the historic district in Central Bethlehem. Within a few steps is where Musikfest is held every year. Riverview Condos are a private, quiet community and we are on the top floor of the condominium complex. We’re sharing 1450 square ft of space. Full kitchen with walk in pantry & dishwasher, a whole living room that is housing my weight set, (your rent includes a free gym membership!), central air & heat, washer & dryer and an enclosed outside terrace.
The maintenance is completely taken care of with no addition cost. You get a private parking space off street that is 10 steps from our front door. There is additional storage in our small addict, and a small storage unit in the basement.
The room I have for rent is the largest room in 407B. It includes a spacious walk in closet, and a full bathroom that are both in the room. There is a sliding glass door that is connected to the enclosed outdoor terrace that offers an amazing view. I rarely use the terrace, except when I occasionally have a friend over so it is essentially yours as well.
It is just me in the casa. I’m 30 years old, and I’ve had roommates since I was 19 of many different backgrounds, classes, genders ect. so I know how to accommodate, communicate and respect any boundaries easily. I only speak English, (pero, ¡apriendo Espanol, yo necisito tú ayudame practicar por favor!) and I work as a full time server/ bartender. So if you are looking for a private, quiet room and you work 1st shift specifically you’ll barely see me. It’ll definitely feel like you have the whole condo to yourself most of the time. I am a night owl, and sometimes I do cook at 3AM. If you are working 2nd or 3rd shift and want to be friends I like to cook large meals, watch football, hang with friends, cycle, exercise & go to a bar once in a while.
