In unit washer/dryer, quiet neighborhood, easy parking, complex has a tennis court, gym, several pools, have lived here over a year and maintenance never had any issues with maintenance. $700 is for rent/water/trash/electric, only thing separate would be wifi.

Iām quiet, clean, and work full time. Iām very open minded and accepting, just looking for someone who i can share the space with. My current roommate is relocating for work so im looking to rent out his space. I have 2 cats and a reptile, must be okay with both.
