The room is furnished with a Queen size bed, bedside table, lamp and ceiling fan. The house faces south and has windows facing south and west. There’s a private balcony on the west side (no, you can’t smoke or vape there or anywhere on the property) There’s a wall of bookshelves and a large closet. It’s a bright room. The shared living room is 32’x15’ and 13’ ceilings. Another longer balcony, off the living room faces east. The bathroom is 8’x12’ and has a mirrored wall. There’s a small breakfast kitchen upstairs and a large kitchen with commercial fixtures downstairs, where there’s another living room, with a fireplace and dining room. As stated, this is a quiet, no drama home, some have called it a refuge. The front yard is fenced (no pets) with a locking gate that stays locked for your safety. Potential candidates for roomate should be gainfully employed and work outside the home. Some one bedroom unfurnished apartments with no utilities near by are renting for $3,500.

The owner travels from Atlanta to Eastern North Carolina frequently and when intown stays in the separate terrace apartment.
