Woodland Shore

I have a tri-level house on a private road. I’m doing some moving of rooms so if you WFH there will be space for an additional office. I have two full baths, however we’d share both due to the location. The bedrooms are not huge. I have a spare room with a bed that you could use or you can bring your own bedroom furniture.

I live across the street from a lake and you’d have full lake access. I also have a fenced yard for a dog. I do have an old lady basset who is chill.

I’m just a couple of miles from downtown Brighton. I’m also very close to lots of shopping and within an hour from Detroit, Lansing, and Ann Arbor.

Recently separated from my husband. 43 years young. I live with my dog Lola. I’m a social person and enjoy going to karaoke and trivia. I love baking! I work full time. I WFH a couple of days a week and in the office the others. I’m pretty chill. I don’t throw large parties but do like to game nights.

I don’t mind people who are 420 friendly, just no smoking in the house.

I may negotiate the price for people who are handy and can help with updating the house (painting, organizing, light plumbing, etc) or for someone who really enjoys cleaning.
