Enjoy the screened porch and lake view after a day at work or school. Some storage in the garage (plastic totes, bike, etc.) included as well. The house is on a quiet street off the corner of Lake Mary Blvd and Country Club. Bike to downtown for Saturday Farmers Market, safe sidewalks all the way into town for a morning run. Target, Publix and restaurants close. Utilities and internet included. All policies discussed with prospective tenants. Background, decent credit and reference check required. A 12-month rental agreement preferred, but would consider 6-months if the right fit. $400 REFUNDABLE security deposit.

This is a family home that rents rooms to single women with full-time employment, or responsible students with part time employment. It is a quiet and respectful place. No overnight male guests.
