Breckenridge park is an awesome place to live. Great amenities including a pool, ping-pong table, movie theater, 24/7 coffee bar, volleyball, on-site car care and vacuum, gym and a beautiful lake that offers catch and release fishing. The room offered is the master bedroom with the master bath which includes a walk in closet and garden tub. The room is completely furnished with a beautiful hardwood queen bedroom set. The living space and kitchen will be shared with one roommate. Living room/den is not furnished. Some seating in the sun area and a full size kitchen table in the dinning area. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and roommate is welcome to use anything there. Washer and dryer are in the unit and Internet is included in the rent.

Roommate is 32 year old male who works full time (Mon-Friday, 7-5) at camp Shelby and often is gone for several weeks at a time for military orders. Between work, the gym and spending time with his daughters, he is hardly home.
