I am looking to share my studio apartment with another female, the studio has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, small dining room and a living room. I am renting to someone who can sleep in the sofa bed I have in the living room it is almost new and the bed is a twin size with cooling mattress, the living room also has a 52 inch tv, regarding storage space I count with a full closet for the person interested in living in here. Very important* The person has to be dog friendly as I have, a female medium size dog 50 pounds. Utilities and Internet are included.
