About the room
Great location 10-15 min away from brickell and coconut grove. The room is the master bedroom with its own master bathroom and walk in closet, it also has direct access to the balcony. The apartment is fully furnished but you are welcome to add personal style to the common areas as well! In unit washer & drier. The master bedroom has a Tv with Netflix,Hulu,hbo, and prime video subscriptions! Building amenities: Gym, Pool, event room.

About the roomies
Hii my name is Clau and I’m a 22 year old graphic designer. I also work part time at a gym. If I’m not working I’m at the gym or thrifting! When I am home I usually put a good playlist on and do some cooking/cleaning. I’d say I have a pretty balanced life between partying, working or staying in.
