Hi! My roommates and I are looking to fill three vacancies in a large triple located in a house near Unit 2. Our room is approximately a five minute walk from UC Berkeley’s campus. All three spots are available starting as early as January 1st, 2024. We favor groups of three to simultaneously move into our room however we encourage all applicants to contact us. The monthly rent is $750 per person including utilities and a complimentary cleaning service that comes twice a week. Please message me if interested for more information.

The currently ladies living in the property are all moving out due to studying abroad. So there are three beds in a triple room available for rent.
