Looking for an easy-going, non-smoking female roommate who works outside the home. I own a 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Scottsdale and have a fully furnished bedroom available with a private ensuite bathroom. The room includes a queen bed, desk, TV, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom.

You’ll have your own dedicated parking spot, and the complex is very safe and friendly. The condo is located in a quiet, well-kept complex near Shea Blvd. and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. The community also offers great amenities, including three pools, tennis | pickeball court, and a small gym.

Rent is $1,050/month and includes all utilities. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can stay at least 3 months, though I’m flexible for the right fit.

I’m open to a dog or a cat, provided they get along with my two small senior dogs.
