looking for a female roommate to take over the lease until August. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 2 people already living there. The apartment has big windows and spacious living areas. There’s a Large kitchen and a laundry room. It’s a no smoking apartment so no cigarettes. There’s plenty of parking in the complex and street parking. Pet friendly but there’s a cat already living here so if you have a pet there may need to be some socializing. No big dogs. Rent plus utilities would be ~820 a month.
