Looking for someone to take over my lease for this beautiful apartment in Marina Village West Stockton. It is a 1 bed 1 bath apartment on the first floor with a PATIO which also has covered parking. The lease goes till July 2024 and you have to get approved by my apartment with the leasing office. Standard requirements as other apartments.
I have given $2000 deposit that is fully refundable at the time of moving out. I require that you only pay me $1250 and this can be confirmed by the leasing office. The rest of November rent is also paid for, and you don’t have to pay for that either. I can show you the apartment as soon as you would like. Text me at my phone number for quicker response
About the roomies
No roomies unless you have another person you want to live with you in which case both people have to apply.
