About the room
I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house and looking to rent a room out. I work a lot in Arlington so drive back and forth and sometimes stay down that way. Often on weekends I’m gone as well. Fully furnished house.
About the roomies
I like things picked up. Please be clean or it won’t work. I’m not a heavy drinker and drugs aren’t welcome. Ask if you have other questions. Sometimes I rent a room to travel nurses or have family/friends who come to visit, so you might share the bathroom from time to time, but I have my own bathroom in my bedroom! Rent might be week to week just to make sure we get along okay. Currently have another roomie who is awesome and you will share a bathroom with her. I have a cleaning lady come every other week so don’t stress who’s cleaning the bathroom. We keep to ourselves.
