This apartment is located just off of Lancaster, and less than 10 minutes away from Keizer station. You get the closeness of those locations without being in the middle of them.

The Complex is a large complex, and the management is nice. The maintenance people are some of the nicest people around, always prompt to help.

The neighbors are your typical neighbors. There are some funny kids that love to run around and befriend anyone they meet.

My current roommate is embarking on an active duty journey, and I’m on the lookout for an awesome individual to share my space with. This arrangement is tailored for a single person; no couples, please. While my current roommate has an alternative stay option until receiving orders, I’d appreciate about 14 days for a smooth transition.

I’m seeking someone who is not just a roommate but a creative soul, trustworthy, and appreciates a balance between tidiness and a comfortable living environment. A love for dogs is a must, as I share the space with a fantastic German Shepherd Aussie mix. Additionally, being neurodivergent (ADHD, in my case) is something I can relate to.

In this non-smoking community, I kindly request no smoking or vaping due to my asthma. You’d have the master bedroom and your own bathroom. We can discuss the utility split; currently, the master bedroom occupant covers electricity, while I handle the WiFi. I’m open to adjustments if needed.

I believe in living spaces being lived in – I occasionally spread out during creative projects. However, shared spaces won’t reach an unlivable state. As someone with ADHD, I understand the ebb and flow of tidiness.

A bit about me: I’m a 23-year-old female juggling roles as a server, bartender, office assistant, and occasional remote worker – yes, a wearer of many hats!

The lease extends until May 2024, with the option to renew if it’s a good fit. If you like our compatibility but not the apartment, I’m open to exploring new living spaces together. Let’s make this a harmonious home for both of us!
