Hi!

This is on the outskirts of north park! That’s great because there’s plenty of street parking for people visiting, but you will have your own spot! It’s walking distance from stores, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and more and very close to the 805 freeway and 15. The property management is very lowkey and doesn’t bother us with anything.

I’m hoping to sign another six month lease with you to have it go until the end of May.

The place is fully furnished apart from your room, but my current roomie has a lot of her furniture available if you are interested!

I’m high energy and very active. I love to bike, run, surf, hike, have picnics, go to concerts, cook and watch movies!

Im looking for someone around the same age and who would be open to being friends, too!

I don’t really smoke but don’t mind it as long as it’s not inside and makes everything smell (im sensitive to scents). I love animals and might have a niece or nephew dog here from time to time (with your OK!)

I do drink occasionally but don’t bring the party home.
