I’m moving for work and looking to sublet one bedroom of a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on 5th street in Northern Liberties (not far from Temple, for any transfer students looking!)

Looking for a subletter to take over the lease starting January (although it could be earlier if need be) and the lease goes through June 30. The last months rent has already been paid for!

Subletter can be male or female. My roommate (who is staying) is an outgoing female in her early 20s who works in childcare.

We live on the first of three levels of the building. It was remodeled right before I moved in with access to a private backyard.

My bedroom (which you’ll take) is downstairs, so you’ll have your own space and full bathroom. If requested, the room can be furnished. My roommates room is upstairs past the living room. She has a friendly, mid sized dog so if you love dogs then you’ll be right at home!
