Hi! Looking for a perfect housemate to share a condo in Port Hueneme (in Marlbough Seaside Village). Super great condo with a pool and 4 jacuzzi’s on the property. Close to the beach, Channel Islands Harbor Victoria, shopping, and fabulous restaurants! Very close to the base! Military friendly! This is a HOUSE SHARE means the entire place. I will get the keys to this vacant place on Dec. 1st. You get the upstairs primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and half the garage. $1800 per month including utilities and wifi.

Currently, it is empty. We can collaborate on design and furniture or I shall have it furnished as needed because I love design, and I’m an interior CAD designer by trade. I’m a 56 year old female, love music, the outdoors, hiking, and spontaneous travel. I have a small 14 year old white fluffy bichon poodle mix named Jane who goes everywhere with me.
