[Available 12/1/23] Looking for a roommate in a 1,562 sq. ft. 3bd/3ba townhouse located in south Reno, about 15 minutes from the center of downtown. The bedroom is “bedroom 3” on the layout photo. The bedroom has it’s own private bathroom attached, & walk-in closet. The living room, dining room, & kitchen are all fully furnished, but you will need to provide furniture for your bedroom and anything you’ll need for your bathroom. The townhouse is in a nice, newer apartment complex & it’s in a great location! The neighborhood is very safe. This place has a ton of great features, including walk-in closets, a porch, fireplace, granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, full size W/D in unit, and A/C and heating. The community itself has it’s own set of amazing features, including package concierge, heated pool, huge fitness center, clubhouse, on-site maintenance, security, and it’s gated! I do have THREE cats, so no dogs please! However, caged animals are welcome, & we can discuss other cats as a possibility. The rent (before factoring energy bill & internet bill) is $805/month (this includes water & trash costs already). Other costs will include your application fee to the complex, & the background check the complex requires for lease signing.
