La Riviera Drive

It is a gated community off of Howe Avenue (Rivercrest Apartments) and is a 30 minute walk/15 minute bike to Sacramento State from the American River Trail. The complex is close to the freeway and grocery stores nearby.

The complex itself is quiet and it has a lot of amenities including a gym, a few pools and a courtyard with tennis and an area for volleyball. There is a barbequing area as well!

The room itself is a master bedroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. There is a door that connects to the balcony as well. The bathroom is connected as an ensuite and the entire bedroom can be closed off from the rest of the apartment. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The unit does have a parking spot for $30 a month, however I have had no issue with parking around the complex. Utilities are also not included with rent. It is pet friendly and I am open to pets however there is a pet deposit and additional pet rent that you would have to pay.

My name is Paige and I am a senior at Sac State! I love to go outside and hike, swim, and bike. I am someone who prefers to stay in than go out at night and am quiet once I’m home. I usually sleep around 10PM-12AM and wake up at around 7:30 AM for work and school, and I’m typically gone during the weekends with my family or on hiking/camping trips. I like to keep my shared spaces clean and try to clean up and organize as soon as I can. I am the only other person living in the apartment!
