A wonderful sanctuary for someone whom appreciates nature, quiet, clean air and a chance to create your own garden! Wi-Fi included in rent. Monthly electric is approximately $70.00 per month Please read the entire listing before requesting a viewing of the property. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. This is a unique experience and opportunity, and we will only show the property to vetted tenants. Please do not request a viewing before submitting an application. Once your application is received, we will make arrangements to meet you at a public location in either Westminster or Seneca, to determine if this arrangement will be a good fit for all involved parties. These steps are to ensure that our home and property remain private and secure. The successful candidate will be grateful for our diligence. Not recommended for more than 2 people. Separate gated driveway from main farmhouse. Queen bed, sofa, television, kitchen wares and appliances provided. Tenant is responsible for maintaining compostable toilet (instructions will be provided). Please note: Bed is in the loft. You will need to climb a ladder to get up to the sleeping area. In exchange for reduced rent, 10 hours of farm help per week is required. Hours will be tallied collectively during the week. Chores required may include feeding chickens (small family flock), collecting eggs, weeding, pruning, mowing, etc. Pet acceptance to be determined.

Only 16 miles from Clemson, 4 miles to nearest Ingles. Please be advised; this is an active Honey Bee Farm. You will not be required to assist with the Bees, however, they are present.

Tiny house is not part of the main farm house. It is a good distance from the main farmhouse which provides serenity. Owners live in the farm house.
