South National Avenue

I have a room available in my 900sqft, 2 bd 1 bath apartment. Rent is $460/month. Utilities is usually around the $75 mark, and internet is $52 (willing to look into getting cheaper internet!). Dishwasher, laundry facility on premise and w/d hookups in unit, spacious, and double sink bathroom! Also has a balcony and decent amount of storage spaces. Well lit parking lot and nice area, I have always felt safe here. Everywhere in town is only a short drive away. I have 7/8 months left for the lease. I also have a cat!

I’m a 23 year old Woman and the only other occupant. I like staying in and am home most nights. My cat is a few years old and gets along well with other cats. He is a people person and a very loving little guy.
