1 bedroom in a 630 sq ft 2 bedroom Winkler apartment that is half a mile (or a 10 to 15 minute walk) from Appalachian State University. There is also a bus stop across the street. There is air conditioning, heat, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer unit in the apartment. Utilities are included and do not have a cap. There is the option to have free housekeeping services. The unit also has one guest parking pass. Toilet and sink are private but the shower is shared.

You’ll be taking over my lease from Jan 2024 to July 2024, with the option to renew if you find a new roommate by December 15th. Roommate is a female Art Education Major. She is allergic to cats and dogs so not pet friendly (even with ESA/service animals)
