I live in a Condominium (Townhouse Style) located in Madison Heights Bordering Warren, Troy, Royal Oak basically great location.

Private Room is on the second floor. With ample closet space. Also generous storage and shelving in two Hallway Closets. It also has beautiful hard wood floors.

There is Central Air Conditioning, Private Entrance, and Reserved Parking Space provided right in front the Unit.

There are two bathrooms. One is a shared Full Bathroom upstairs. One is half bathroom on first floor.

I am asking $700 per month a $400 security deposit will be due at signing.

Looking for Long Term agreement if we are compatible roommates.

Rent includes, all utilities, (Gas, Electric, High Speed Internet/Wifi). Use of washer and dryer which is in the basement. Enjoy the private back deck and Community Pool in the summer months.

I do a thorough background screening and interview process including some routine lifestyle questions and a Criminal Background Check.

The room is not furnished. I have some things if needed. Full Bed is shown to show size of room.

NO pets. I have a dog and the Association rules have a one dog policy.

Please, drugs, heavy drinkers or drama. Any issues of this kind will be evicted immediately.
