My home is cozy, clean, and tidy with lots of natural light and lots of plants. conveniently close to down town Portland. Close to the South Portland community center, Hinkley Park, and Winnock woods. I have a fenced in yard for dogs and a nice back deck that is lovely to sit on in the summertime and watch the sunset. My home is a three bedroom house. The third bedroom is set up as a guestroom for visitors and a work out space. A person renting a room from me would have their own bathroom next to their bedroom. This would be an ideal living situation for someone with a dog. I am hoping to find a housemate with a well behaved dog friendly dog. I have a super sweet, mellow 6 month old dog named Gumbeaux who would love a live in playmate!

Room is available on January 1. $1,100 for 1 person or $1,500 for a couple. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and laundry included. Offstreet parking available.
