Anita's room

This was my private furnished bedroom and private full bathroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo while I was a personal assistant for the owner who will be your roommate. She is an amazing, upbeat, positive, kind , private and respectful live in landlord , who gives you full use of the home , including all utilities and Wi-Fi and basic cable , doesn’t leave her bedroom much which is also her office. She works remotely as an attorney full time, so you basically have the home to yourself and your bedroom is separated by kitchen living room dining room and private bath . The owner has 2 wonderful cats that sleep in her room so you must be cat friendly but unfortunately, no additional pets are permitted. She is offering a reduction in rent at $800, if you are able to maintain, clean , the entire 2 bedroom condo twice a month otherwise your only expense would be half of the housekeeper. The condo association is 55 and over and the landlord is looking for 40 + mature female only who is a non smoker, fully able bodied since this apt is not a handicapped unit . The owner does not permit any overnight guests or couples but visits are fine . The room includes beautiful condo amenities on property, a pool, gym, clubhouse , sauna, game nights, tennis courts, and social activities . For that reason the condo association holds 1 month security deposit in an interest bearing account after they perform a background application and proof of income. This security deposit is returned if you do not cause any damage to apartment or common areas. The owner requires first month and last month, and with condo security, it is 3 months to move in plus a $100 non refundable application fee.
