Starwater Drive

Renting a room out at my new home in Fort Worth (Between Eagle Mountain and Saginaw). Floor plan ( sq ft - garage excluded) is shown in the pictures, room to rent is bedroom 3. I own the home and recently bought it in July. No other residents reside in the house.

House is fully furnished (pictures are a few months outdated from when I was moving in, will upload current pictures soon). Appliances include GE dishwasher and gas oven, Samsung washer, dryer, and fridge (2nd fridge also in garage). House is equipped with ADT security system and doorbell.

Utilities likely to be split on a month-to-month basis, but may consider a fixed fee added to rent. I’ve estimated $ for utilities, but that amount is still to be considered for fixed rate.

Areas of the home that are freely accessible to roommate are the kitchen, dining room, living room, and garage. Personal furniture to be considered for these areas if desired, but not guaranteed. I have an optional bed already available to use in the rented room, or it can be moved for roomates personal bed. Bathroom 2 is public use.

Parking allowed in driveway or curb only. Garage is utilized for other means than parking.

Interviewing roommates to find the right fit. I’m looking for somerthy and well kept, ideally a male around my age but considering all ages and gender. Income and background will be checked.

I have two female cats that are very sweet, playful and cuddly. Must be okay with them around the house (room 3 excluded), however, I am not allowing any other pets.

I do not smoke, and smoking is not allowed inside (vaping is an exception).

General rules for cleanliness around the house will be applied to both myself and roommate. More to be discussed on those standards in interview process. Contract will be required to set expectations for home, rent, and responsibilities.
