$900.00/month for a single or $1200.00/month for a couple. A month to month lease (with a 30 day notice to end the agreement) to protect all parties is expected. Included is all utilities, internet, and dish network. We would also consider 1 small “dog friendly”, dog. We have 4 older/adult chihuahuas under 13 lbs and a doggy door that leads to an enclosed and covered dog run). This is a dog house and we are dog people ❤️.

The House: 2100 sqft single level home with a split floorplan in a HOA neighborhood near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Deer Valley Rd, Peoria, 85383. Easy access to the 101/303. 35 minutes in good traffic to Scottsdale (Odyssey Aquarium), Phoenix (Sky Harbor), and just about anywhere in the West Valley.

We have a large bedroom with large bay windows (available furnished with a King Bed and 55“ wall mounted smart TV or can be unfurnished) The bedroom will still fit a desk and dresser even with a king size bed. Also a full semi-private bathroom. (Bathroom is semi-private, only because it’s right next to the bedroom/not attached and would also be used by guests if ever any, but it would be 98% all yours). We occupy the master bedroom/bathroom and use another smaller bedroom as an office/guest room. The rest of the house would be shared. Large open kitchen, living room, game room, even a bar. A great outdoor patio with a fire table, BBQ, a pool, and hot tub too! Parking is on street but is not an issue (just no boats, trailers, RVs ect).

We are M44, F46, married and young empty nesters. (We have 2 boys 26 and 24, who do not live with us). We are laid back, work from home M-F, love and enjoy life!

Our ideal housemate(s) need not be shut-ins, but be friendly, outgoing, honest, considerate, and responsible. By far not a party house, but we do enjoy people and entertaining from time to time. We would love to become friends and not just roommates. Similar in age 35+ to 55 would be nice (but not a deal breaker), M/F, L/G/B safe-ok, 420 friendly, smoke -outside, vape OK.
