Dave's room

I own a 3br/1.5ba home in St. Paul, right on the border of Maplewood and Woodbury. It’s surrounded by Battle Creek Park with the dog park, hiking and biking trails in a safe a quiet neighborhood. I’ve just finished some projects after two previous tenants left to chase their dreams. All utilities are included, the yard is fenced and there’s off-street parking, in addition to garage parking (negotiable). Pets are negotiable and I’m friendly with my neighbors:) Short-term rental is fine, as is month-to-month. I like clean, so my house is tidy! I’ve lived with both male and females of all ages. This isn’t a tenant+1 situation, but obviously guests can come over! So let’s talk and see if it’d be a good fit!

I work full time at the airport, but no early mornings or late nights for me. My kids are 23yr old twins who swing by periodically but live on their own. I have the best 12yr old Chow/Lab mix who sheds. So if dog hair in your Cheerios is a problem, I apologize in advance
