Large unit with over 1100 square feet of living space, extra living room area can be used as a den, wood floors, service counter into dining area, screen patio that backs up to a large area of open green space. Internet included. Bedroom is unfurnished but rest of apartment will have furniture.

I am laid-back, but chatty sometimes and sometimes need my space. I prefer neat and clean to not, but the dishes can wait a little. Looking for an easy-going person who has good credit and is responsible.
