Derryck Shelton's room

I live in a quite HOA cul-de-sac. I have a three bedroom two bath. With a neighborhood pool gym and steam room.

I work a lot. When I am on the road I am hardly home but I do have a home office for when I am in town. I have no pets and will not accept a roommate who has them. Cigarettes can not be smoked in the home but I have a beautiful out door (front and back) patio where you are welcome to enjoy whatever you like. I am a quiet person who keeps to them selves. I don’t have many people over but you are welcome too. I am a very clean person and expect the same in return. I have a full home security system that includes a front yard and back yard camera. A doorbell camera and a camera that is set up in the living room facing the front door. 1/3 of the electricity bill and water bill will be required. I will continue to pay the internet bill and security system bill myself.
