Unit #3 has a nice sized bedroom with a functional private bath (shower, toilet and small sink). Community space is the kitchen, dining area and laundry room for this Unit #3. Currently home has two roommates that are long term tenants. The two female Christian ladies have their own suites in the home. They use the upstairs family room for themselves. The available room Unit #3 has a private bath and besides the use of common areas upstairs, also has a place to chill downstairs for relaxing in the lounge. The lounge located downstairs is a full size room with a TV and there is also a bathroom downstairs for roomies and guests of theirs to use. The ladies currently living in the home do not use the lounge space. Occasionally the homeowner could be in this area, however this is very infrequent. The Landlord also has a shop downstairs that presently isn’t used much as well. Unit #3 comes with a spot in the carport next to the front door. Room rental comes with all utilities paid. There is Wi-Fi from T-mobile for internet that usually works (full disclosure is that internet is not always available and the owners have no control or liability with interrupted service) Property is situated on 2 acres of land surrounded by Nature! a couple minutes away from Beaver Lake shore/ Prairie Creek State Park and Marina.

The owners live minutes down the road and are easy going non religious Christians and hope to find a good roommate for the current 2 female devoted Christian females that currently live in the home. There is no agenda to their Christian faith other than to treat others respectfully in kindness. One Roomie/ tenant is a school teacher and the other Roomie works as a caregiver. Both are easy going with No drama. We hope to connect them with someone who is somewhat likeminded in honesty, kindness, and cleanliness, and thoughtfulness to others.
