Great artist/musicians space in sober household. Could be used as bedroom or art/music studio. Great location on large lot. Plenty of parking, safe neighborhood, restaurants and grocery walking distance. Claw foot tub, fire pit, plenty of space for entertaining, art shows etc. full basement with w/d, rehearsal space and plenty of room for storage. One cat resides in the home. No other pets please. Long or short term, Dates are flexible.
